Jonathan also practices ‘Acceptance and Commitment Therapy’ (ACT) which is considered the third wave of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Tara Cratchley – CBT Tonbridge

Tara’s experience at CBT Tonbridge spans over 15 years, in a variety of settings. Ranging from primary to secondary schools, colleges, community mental health services and my own private practice. I have also worked in acute and forensic settings, in which people are detained under ‘The Mental Health Act’. I use this knowlede, experience and understanding to further help me in my own work. Tara is also a qualified relationship counsellor.
